The St. Marys Community Public Library is holding a fine-free week for borrowed books. Patrons can return overdue books without penalty through Saturday. "It is to encourage people to return things that are overdue," publicity coordinator Mary Jo Stilwell said. "It comes at a good time as people are thinking about spring cleaning."
